Biography

Sandelin Sikes focuses her practice on employment law and represents employers in matters such as employment discrimination, wrongful termination, harassment, and retaliation. During law school, she served on the board of the Chiefs in IP (CHIPs) club, supporting women pursuing careers in technology and intellectual property, and participated in an Entrepreneurs Law Clinic, where she gained insight into the legal and business needs of startups.

Ms. Sikes began her career advising startups on a range of transactional matters, including contracts, workplace investigations, and employee handbooks. Although employment matters comprised a smaller part of her work with startups, she found it particularly engaging and developed an interest in pursuing employment law. At Arena Hoffman, Ms. Sikes continues to build her practice in employment law, advising clients on a variety of workplace issues and representing defendants in employment litigation.

Outside of work, Ms. Sikes enjoys playing and watching soccer and spending time outdoors.
